Customized Services --
The return address on our invitations are primarily printed on each envelope -- either in the traditional upper left corner of the envelope or on the rear flap. This can be done by having the return address printed or use sticky labels, there is no additional fees for either choice, only if you want the return address hand addressed. Whichever you choose, we will make it beautiful.
Each is billed separately at $25.00 per hour

Mailing List Development/Guest Tracking --
Customized Guest List
Preparation and Development of your basic 25 person guest list will be prepared on an excel spreadsheet. An additional hourly fee will be added for added customization, complexity and increasing numbers as project progresses may be negotiated. When the event is over this guest list can be adapted for use at other events, Christmas card mailings and/or your own address book!
RSVP Receipt/ Maintenance
Tracking and Development of your basic 25 person guest list. An additional hourly fee for customization, complexity and increasing numbers as project progresses may be negotiated.
Timing on these are dependent upon how the initial information is gathered. If the lists are ready for download into a spreadsheet the time could be minimal, if data entry is required the billing time will increase. This will be estimated after the initial consultation.

Computer Generated Address Labels --
This is the most convenient and time saving -- as long as you use the guest list template or have your guest list on an excel spread sheet. Just print the labels and stick on the envelope.
It takes approximately one hour to create and stick 100 labels on envelopes.

Computer Generated Addressing --
Computer addressing envelopes is still labor intensive -- although if you use our guest list template you have the addresses in a spreadsheet so that will save time and money -- It takes away from the hand written touch, but the uniform printing and clean lines are beautiful.
It takes approximately 1 hour to process 50 envelopes for invitations.

Hand Addressing --
The recipient address that is hand addressed is more labor intensive. The total fee will be higher because it takes longer, but If you’re going to spend the time and money to host an event or party, try using hand addressed envelopes to ensure that recipients actually open your invitation! After all, if your invites look like junk mail and don’t get opened, recipients will never even know that they were invited to your event. Hand addressing is proven to get up to 99.2% of mail opened!
It takes approximately one hour to address 20 envelopes properly.
